In the annals of rock history, Pink Floyd is undeniably one of the greats, so over the course of years their songs have been covered by many a band who spent their formative years listening to their records non-stop. Below are six of my personal favorite Pink Floyd covers. Obviously, there are a wealth of other great covers out there, but these six represent some of the best. Personally, I think the Foo FIghters version of "Have A Cigar" is the best Floyd cover going (right now at least), but that opinion might be heavily influenced by the fact that I have a total man crush on Dave Grohl. Either way, it definitely rocks. I also have to give mention to Les Claypool's Frog Brigade album Live Frogs Set 2 which is a live album where Les and his band cover Pink Floyd's Animals in its entirety.
