Excuse To Eat Popcorn and Junior Mints: 9

Went and checked out the new movie "9" today. Basically, if you like Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Terminator franchise and the Lord Of The Rings trilogy, then this is going to be right up your alley.

Brief overview: A war erupts between man and machine (man-made machine of course) and humanity is destroyed. A professor creates nine beings and breathes "life" into them. Said beings awake into a world where machines want to destroy them, they don't understand why and a fight for survival ensues.

I know that is very brief, but it is really all there is to say without getting into an over involved explanation that gives away the whole story. Like I said, if you are a fan of the above mentioned movies, then you should enjoy this one. It moves at a fast pace, has plenty of action and doesn't get too caught up in explaining the story to the viewer.
